We are more than happy to arrange for a Meet & Greet Service. We will meet and/or send you at Tokyo Station Narita Express (NEX) or Shinkansen(Bullet train) platform to hotel. Please reserve at least 48 hours prior to your arrival by sending an email to [email protected]
How to take NEX?
Heading to Narita Airport Arrival Lobby, please look for the signage “Railways” towards the basement floor. Look for Narita Express Ticket Office (in red signage) and purchase tickets bound to Tokyo Station.
Upon purchase of tickets, please call us at +813-5220-1111 OR by using your smartphone, please take a clear photo of your purchased NEX ticket and send to [email protected] with your name and mobile phone number on the message’s title. Please send the information below BEFORE boarding the train.
Our uniformed staff holding a placard with the hotel logo will be waiting for you at Tokyo Station Narita Express (NEX) platform outside your coach.
