Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC), a Division of ISSA is the worldwide cleaning industry association, provides training, guidance, accreditation, certification, crisis management assistance and leadership to government, commercial and private entities looking to mitigate, quickly address and/or recover from biological threats and real-time crises.

Public Areas:

* Use of Ecolab’s HB Quat (a disinfectant approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for use against COVID-19) in accordance with strict Ecolab environmental hygiene best practice standards.
* Ventilation enhancement throughout the building.
* Placement of hand sanitizers at the high-traffic areas throughout the building.
* Placement of air-cleaners.
* Thorough sanitization of elevator interior.
* Enhanced disinfection of public area furniture and equipment.

Hotel Staff:

* Daily body temperature checks and monitoring report.
* Frequent hand washing, hand sanitation and oral gargling.
* Mandatory use of surgical masks.
* Installation of desk partitions in the office and promote a clean, well-ventilated environment.
* Flexible work shifts encouraged to avoid peak hour commute.

We humbly ask for your kind cooperation on the following:

Prior to Guest Arrival and After Departure:

* Hand washing, hand sanitation, oral gargling, use of masks and frequent change of disposable gloves for housekeepers entering guest rooms.
* Ensure proper room ventilation during guest room cleaning and disinfection.

Arrival and Departure:

* Enhanced disinfection of check in items and equipment.
* Guest room escort by staff upon guest request.
* Use of cash trays during payment.

During your Stay:

* Restricted room entry of staff to guest rooms.
* Delivery of requested items to be placed in front of guest room door.
* Room Service delivery to enter guest rooms upon guest request.
* Removal of pamphlets and printed collateral in guest rooms.
* Restriction of daily housekeeping service unless requested in advance.

Dining Outlets & Shops:

* Limitation of number of dinners to allow safe physical distancing.
* Frequent disinfection and cleaning of furniture, equipment, and handrails.
* Sanitation after business hours.

Wedding & Banquet Rooms:

* Frequent hand washing, hand sanitation and oral gargling of hotel staff.
* Installation of plexiglass partitions at the reception desk.
* Sanitation in the banquet rooms.
* Prevent congestion at the foyer and ensure appropriate physical distancing using pole partitions.
