After you purchase your ticket on the day, please call us on +81-3-5220-1111 or send a clear photo of your ticket to [email protected] to let us know your train information (Exact arrival time at Tokyo Station, your train car number and seat number as indicated on the ticket) with your name and mobile phone number.
Please ensure to call us before boarding the train. Our hotel staff who will be waiting on the platform opposite your carriage, will welcome you by holding a placard with the hotel logo.
We are pleased to offer you a send-off service to the platforms of your departure as well.
